One clear sign is that strategic thinkers are proactive. They set aside dedicated time to reflect, they plan, they look ahead to their future rather than solely focus on the present.

The last part that you really need to start thinking about is how am I seeking feedback for growth and how does asking for feedback leads into being strategic? Strategic thinkers are open to feedback because they recognize that other perspectives can shed light on blind spots and uncover new opportunities. By seeking feedback, entrepreneurs can refine their strategies and make informed decisions. Strategic thinking is a skill that can be honed in over time.
